Cast after a model by Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux (1827-1875)
Set on a marble base.
Height 33.5 cm.
While this bronze is unsigned and do not have foundry marks, it have the quality, weight and patina of the finest quality bronzes that were cast in 19th Century France.
